Chief Executive Officer (Chairman of the Management Board)

Bakhtiyar Allahverdi was born in 1971 in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. With extensive experience in sales, distribution, and retail, he has held senior management positions in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector for more than 30 years. Since 2006, Bakhtiyar Allahverdi has served as Chief Executive Officer of Veysaloglu Distribution, contributing significantly to the company’s development, market positioning, and rapid growth. He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Veysaloglu Group of Companies, is one of the shareholders of the Araz supermarket chain, and is Chairman of the Management Board of Veysaloglu Distribution.

Parviz Tahmazli joined Veysaloglu Group of Companies in 2006. Over the years, he has worked in various roles, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Category Manager, Head of Marketing Department, Head of Business Development Department for Exclusive Products, and Head of Marketing Department at VG — Veyseloglu Georgia. He currently continues his career as Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board at Veysaloglu Distribution. Parviz Tahmazli received his first higher education from the Faculty of German and English Languages at Nakhchivan State University and his second degree from the Faculty of International Economic Relations at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He has participated in local and international training programs on marketing fundamentals and business development.

Orkhan Babayev joined Veysaloglu LLC in 2014 and worked in various finance and accounting roles until 2020. From 2020, he continued his career as Lead Analyst for SAP FI and CO within the SAP project. In 2022, he became Finance Director at Veysaloglu-Rossmann, and from January 2023, he served as Head of SAP Business Partnership Department at the Araz supermarket chain. Orkhan Babayev received his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Chemistry at Baku State University. Since 2022, he has been pursuing an MBA in Management at Baku Engineering University. As of August 1, 2023, he was appointed Finance Director and Member of the Management Board at Veysaloglu LLC. As of February 1, 2026, in addition to his role as Finance Director, he also began serving as Supply Chain Director.

Since 2023, Fuad Novruzov has served as Human Capital and Organizational Development Director and Member of the Management Board at Veysaloglu Distribution, part of Veysaloglu Group of Companies. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of English Language and Literature at Qafqaz University. Fuad Novruzov has more than 14 years of experience in human resources management. He began his professional career in 2008 and has held senior HR positions at companies such as Azinka LLC, ENGIN LTD, Sham Fi LLC, and Azersu OJSC. From 2015 to 2022, he served as Group HR Director / CHRO at FAB Group of Companies. Fuad Novruzov has participated in a number of training and certification programs in human resources management.

Sami Ozturk has more than 17 years of experience in areas such as commerce, production, business development, sales, process automation, digitalization, and project management. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gazi University and his MBA from Galatasaray University. Sami Ozturk began his career in 2005 as Chief Coordinator at Bilgisayar Hastanesi. In the following years, he held various positions at sales and production companies within Yıldız Holding, one of Türkiye’s largest companies, including Sales Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Business Development and Production Planning Manager. He later worked at Kerevitaş, a company within Yıldız Holding, as Senior Trade Marketing Manager and Senior Business Development and Projects Manager.
