The 2026 first-half report of the Human Capital and Organizational Development Directorate was presented to the Management Board.

A semiannual report covering the activities carried out, strategic initiatives implemented, and results achieved by the Human Capital and Organizational Development Directorate during the first 6 months of 2026 was presented to the Chairman and members of the Management Board. During the presentation, detailed information was provided on the projects implemented by the Directorate during the reporting period, development initiatives carried out, structural changes, programs aimed at developing human capital, work done in the area of organizational improvement, as well as priority goals for the next period. Within the framework of the meeting, heads of structures that work closely with the Human Capital and Organizational Development Directorate also participated and shared their views on the work carried out in their respective areas and the achievements obtained as a result of mutual cooperation.
