Robots Execute, Humans Decide: Our Group of Companies at “UiPath FUSION Baku”

The global UiPath technology vendor organized the international event “UiPath FUSION Baku” in Baku city. The event was dedicated to how RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Agentic AI, and intelligent automation technologies create real value and ROI in business, bringing together the country's leading companies, technology leaders, and decision-makers. Our Group of Companies was one of the four leading companies selected to speak within the Customer Experience Session at this event. Representing our Group of Companies, Information Technology Director Ülvi Babaşov gave a presentation on the topic “Our Changing Work Environment with RPA.” The presentation demonstrated, based on real examples, which business needs led to the adoption of RPA and Agentic AI technologies in our company, how they were implemented, and what measurable results were achieved. The key results highlighted in the presentation were: - Successful robotization of 23 processes within the group; - Saving over 11,000 operational hours; - Avoiding the need for more than 9 additional employee resources; - Significant increase in speed, accuracy, and transparency of processes; - Freeing employees from repetitive and tiring tasks to focus on more valuable and analytical work.
