The traditional “Annual Evaluation and Future Outlook” event of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies was held

The traditional “Annual Evaluation and Future Outlook” event, organized annually by Veysəloğlu Group of Companies, took place at Gulustan Palace. The event was attended by the management team of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies, heads of the companies within the Group, the management team, and leaders of various structural units. The main purpose of the event was to evaluate the results of the past year, share the achievements, and determine strategic priorities for the upcoming period. The opening ceremony featured the playing of the State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This was followed by a minute of silence in memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Afterwards, the anthem of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies was presented. Subsequently, video clips reflecting the achievements of our country and the Group of Companies during 2025 were shown. Within the event, presentations were made by the heads of the Group’s main business directions: "Veysəloğlu-Distribution," "OBA" supermarket chain, "Veysəloğlu-Rossmann," "Veysəloğlu-Real Estate," and "Araz" supermarket chain. The speeches provided detailed information about the companies’ performance results over the past period, market positions, and future development strategies. Following the program, a panel discussion was organized with the participation of the companies’ board members. The panel, dedicated to the topic “Strategic Leadership and Team Synergy in the Digital Age,” involved an exchange of views on modern management models, innovative approaches, and the importance of team collaboration. In the second part of the event, a video reflecting the cooperation experience with Veysəloğlu Group of Companies’ partners was presented. Then, in accordance with the company’s corporate values and organizational culture, the “Loyalty Summit” awards ceremony was held. Afterwards, employees distinguished in the “Teamwork” nominations were awarded by company leaders. Additionally, winning projects within the “Nominations of the Year” covering the entire Group of Companies were honored. Aydın Veysəloğlu, founder and CEO of Veysəloğlu Group of Companies, spoke at the event, sharing his thoughts on the development strategy of the Group, strengthening corporate values, and future goals. At the end of the evening, a chronological presentation of previous years’ winners was shown, and awards were given for the “Founder’s Special,” “Most Profitable Company of the Year,” and “Company of the Year” nominations. It should be noted that the “Annual Evaluation and Future Outlook” event serves to strengthen strategic planning within Veysəloğlu Group of Companies, reinforce team unity, and promote institutional development.
