Event on “Building the Leadership Ecosystem of the Future”

In 2025, the High-Potential Employee Assessment and Development Project was launched at Veysəloğlu LLC. The project aims to identify, assess, and develop employees working at specialist level who have future leadership potential. Within the framework of the project, mentoring meetings are held with these employees by members of the company’s Board of Directors, and their development roadmap is being formed. On December 24, 2025, within the scope of this project, Veysəloğlu Distribution held an event on the topic of “Building the Leadership Ecosystem of the Future.” The main purpose of the event was to present the strategic approach aimed at developing employees with leadership potential in the company, to shape future leaders, and to share the steps being taken toward building a sustainable leadership ecosystem. During the event, Veysəloğlu LLC CEO Baxtiyar Allahverdi delivered a speech on “Veysəloğlu’s Growth Strategy,” providing participants with detailed information about the company’s long-term development goals, the importance placed on human capital, and the role of leadership culture in organizational success. This was followed by a panel discussion attended by members of the Board of Directors of Veysəloğlu LLC, who answered questions related to building the leadership ecosystem of the future at Veysəloğlu Distribution and shared their experience and perspectives. During the panel discussion, special attention was given to the development of leadership skills, proper assessment of potential, innovative approaches, and sustainable development. A total of 80 employees participated in the event. The event was remembered for its interactive discussions and active participation, and was met with great interest by the attendees.
