A panel discussion on “Dialogue with OBA LLC leaders” was held within the framework of the project by Veysəloğlu LLC Within the framework of the “Assessment and Development of High-Potential Employees” project, authored by Veysəloğlu LLC, another event was held on the topic of “Building a Leadership Ecosystem.” The event was dedicated to “Dialogue with OBA LLC leaders.” At the event, Natavan Ibrahimova, Chair of the Board of OBA LLC, spoke on the topic “The path to leadership: career development within VŞQ and the CEO perspective,” sharing valuable insights with participants about her personal career path, leadership outlook, and the competencies essential for future leaders. As part of the event, a panel discussion was held with the participation of 6 members of the Board of OBA LLC, who answered questions posed by high-potential employees and shared real-life experiences and strategic approaches. In the second part of the event, trainers Jalala Nezeroglu and Anar Heydarov delivered trainings on “Improving public speaking and persuasion skills” and “The importance of emotional intelligence in leadership,” respectively, and held interactive discussions. The event was remembered for its high level of interactivity and active participation, and was met with great interest by the participants.
