Closing ceremony of the "Marketing Expert" project

We are pleased to announce that the closing ceremony of the 1st group of the "Marketing Expert" project, implemented within our company in the area of talent development, has been successfully concluded. As the Learning and Development department, our main goal is to uncover the internal potential of our employees, support their professional growth, and turn this development directly into productivity. This project adds special value not only by providing theoretical knowledge, but also by equipping participants with analytical and practical skills that can be immediately applied in work processes. • Initial applicants: 236 employees • Those who advanced to the training stage after intensive evaluation: 85 employees • Those who earned the title of graduate and were selected as the best: 27 employees We believe that the 27 colleagues who stood out in this intensive marathon will apply the experience and approaches they gained to their professional development and future success.
